Our Story

Hi, I’m Tia,

J&D GoldPro was born from real life...not theory.

Before I ever helped business owners interpret financial statements, I was building stability in real time, juggling life as a single parent, caring for an elderly family member, and creating a strong financial foundation from the ground up. That season taught me something I’ll never forget: when the numbers aren’t clear, it’s incredibly hard to plan, breathe, or build a legacy.

That lived experience is why I do this work with both precision and empathy. Because behind every balance sheet is a real person, a family, a team, and a community counting on wise decisions.

What I saw for 25+ years, and what I’m changing now

I’m launching J&D GoldPro after more than 25 years in financial services, small business lending, and community development. I repeatedly saw talented entrepreneurs held back, not by a lack of hustle, but by messy books, unclear cash flow, and financial systems that made growth feel risky and stressful.

I’ve helped deploy over $200K in grant funding to support entrepreneurs in the startup and growth phases, built systems to streamline operations, and worked closely with business owners and ecosystem partners who want one thing: clear numbers they can trust.
